PR agencies were given greater recognition at this year's Cannes Health and Wellness Lions, with Ketchum and Edelman emerging among the big winners.
This year was the first in which entrants were able to credit the agency that handled PR for their nominated campaign, allowing participating agencies to be named as Lions winners for the first time.

Ketchum won a total of four Lions, with its New York branch credited with handling PR for the Handle with Care campaign for Procter and Gamble's Gillette brand, which earned a gold and two silver awards.
Edelman earned three awards in total, thanks in part to its work on the Gold Lion-winning TV Doctors of America campaign for health insurance firm Cigna. Meanwhile, Clemenger BBDO Melbourne in Australia claimed the Grand Prix for its Meet Graham campaign, developed for the Transport Accident Commission Victoria.
Running alongside the Health and Wellness Lions were the Pharma Lions, which did not see a Grand Prix awarded, although Burson-Marsteller Milan collected a bronze award and Medulla Communications earned a pair of silvers.
