Huntsworth Health achieves double-digit growth in 2016

Marketing Services

Huntsworth Health has once again achieved a strong business performance in 2016, according to the Huntsworth group's latest financial report.

The unit achieved a revenue total of 90.8 million pounds for the year, up by 13.8 percent year over year. Its operating profits, meanwhile, rose by 20.1 percent to 18.3 million pounds, performing well above industry averages.

“Huntsworth Health has achieved further double-digit growth in 2016, helping to drive success for the Huntsworth group as a whole.“

During 2016, Huntsworth Health was able to expand its presence in the US market, with key brands such as Evoke Health, ApotheCom and Tonic Life Communications all performing well. A number of recent significant client wins means this momentum has been carried over into 2017.

This has established Huntsworth Health as the largest division within the Huntsworth group in terms of both revenues and profits, meaning it is now the primary focus of the organisation's development.

The continued strong performance of the health business helped the Huntsworth group as a whole to achieve year-on-year revenue growth of seven percent during the year, while narrowing its operating losses significantly.

Paul Taaffe, chief executive officer of Huntsworth, said: "The group is now positioned for continued growth, led by Huntsworth Health and supported by favourable exchange rates."
