Animal Health Supplier News

Boehringer Ingelheim has announced that it will be expanding its sponsorship of the Equerry Bolesworth International Horse Show, which will be taking place from June 14th to 18th this year.

The company's veterinary supplement Equitop Myoplast will become the title sponsor of the CDI Freestyle international dressage competition, while it will also continue to sponsor the Puissance event.

“Boehringer Ingelheim is extending its support for the Equerry Bolesworth International Horse Show by sponsoring the CDI Freestyle international dressage competition.“

Taking place on the grounds of Bolesworth Castle near Tattenhall, Chester, the show will be attended by a number of leading riders, including Richard Davison, who is also sponsored by Equitop Myoplast.

Liz Barrett, business manager for Equitop Myoplast, said: "Equitop Myoplast is relevant to both showjumpers and dressage horses in terms of supporting lean muscle growth through the demands of competition and training, so we are delighted to take the title of both classes."

Boehringer Ingelheim's product is the market-leading veterinary supplement supporting lean muscle growth in horses, and is the number one equine supplement sold by veterinary practices and pharmacies in the UK.

It was recently announced that the brand will sponsor British Showjumping's prestigious Senior Foxhunter Series and Championship at the Horse of the Year Show in October.
