A group of eight agencies have allied to form a new organisation called the Global Fintech PR Network, which aims to deliver an improved standard of financial technology comms worldwide.

Billed as the first international network of PR agencies specialising in fintech, the new alliance brings together companies from five continents and will help its members share insights and best practice to enhance their PR, communications and strategic advisory services.

“A new organisation called the Global Fintech PR Network has been formed by eight agencies from five different continents.“

London's MD Consulting is among the founding members of the network, alongside the US-based Manzer Communications and Vested, plus Norfico from Denmark, Nobiletec from Brazil, Bowlah PR from Singapore, Honner from Australia and Israel's Spicetree Communications.

The concept was originally developed by Norfico partners Kristian Sorensen and Michael Juul Rugaard, and is expected to offer wide-ranging benefits for member agencies and clients alike.

Martina Doherty, managing director at MD Consulting, said: "Agencies will be able to offer clients an improved level of service outside their home geography, safe in the knowledge that there are partner agencies within the network ready to advise, assist and share relationships when needed."
