W2O Group has announced the acquisition of Marketeching Solutions, a leading research and social listening consultancy.
Founded in 2008 by Kevin Johnson, the US-based consultancy is focused on healthcare and life sciences and combines traditional and online data analytics methodologies and approaches, working with market researchers, digital centres of excellence and brand marketers.

The 20-person team will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of W2O Group, with Mr Johnson remaining president of the business and reporting to Paul Dyer, the head of W2O Group's analytics and insights practice.
This practice currently operates out of seven of W2O's 12 offices across the US and Europe, accounting for nearly 20 percent of its overall revenue - more than half of which is related to healthcare.
Jim Weiss, W2O Group's founder and chief executive officer, said: "Marketeching is one of the strongest social research and analytics consultancies focused in healthcare today, particularly in the biopharmaceutical and medical device sectors, where W2O Group companies are also particularly strong and focused."
This comes after the group secured funding from Mountaingate Capital earlier this year to support its continued growth strategy.
