Road Communications wins antimicrobial resistance account with GAMA Healthcare

Road Communications has been handed a new antimicrobial resistance account by GAMA Healthcare, a company specialising in infection control.

The medical communications and PR agency has been tasked with creating a campaign to support GAMA Healthcare's range of advanced infection prevention technologies, which are supplied to the NHS and other healthcare markets, reports PMLiVE.

This work is designed to help address the growing threat posed by antimicrobial resistance, aiding the efforts that hospitals make to combat the problem and raising awareness of the risk of existing antibiotics becoming less effective as a consequence.

GAMA Healthcare is the creator of the first universal disinfectant wipe, which is available in the UK under the Clinell brand. The client's product portfolio also includes a selection of safety scalpels.
