Weber Shandwick has announced the acquisition of Flipside, a mobile and digital agency specialising in mobile strategy, experiences and business transformation.
The agency has offices in London and Guildford and has designed and developed mobile apps and digital experiences for some of the world's largest global brands. Its capabilities also include strategic business and technology planning, social media management and mobile-oriented marketing communications.

By purchasing Flipside, Weber Shandwick will be able to combine the agency's mobile platform expertise, creative capabilities and technical services with its own global capabilities in social media, brand publishing and integrated media.
This will support its objective of launching a large-scale digital offering combining content, community and commerce functions for both business-to-consumer and business-to-business marketers.
