Omnicom Public Relations Group acquires Rabin Martin

Omnicom Public Relations Group has agreed a deal to acquire Rabin Martin, a health strategy consulting firm that works with global clients.

With offices based in London, New York, Los Angeles and Geneva, the company works with clients operating at the intersection of business, philanthropy, policy and public health to solve some of the world's biggest health challenges.

It has launched initiatives to improve primary care, treat chronic disease, enhance women's health and prevent the spread of infectious diseases, with clients including healthcare companies, not-for-profit organisations, foundations and universities.

Following the takeover, Rabin Martin will continue to be led by Dr Jeffrey Sturchio, its current president and chief executive officer, alongside managing director Rebecca Hoppy and partner Kate Schachern.
