Thermo Fisher Scientific launches new UltiMate 3000 RSLCnano UHPLC system

28th January 2016

Thermo Fisher Scientific has launched its UltiMate 3000 RSLCnano UHPLC system, a new version of its established liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC-MS) technology.

Allowing for accurate quantitation and analyte identification, the system is designed to deliver higher retention time precision and ease of use, thanks to the incorporation of ProFlow technology that eliminates the need for frequent maintenance.

It also offers reduced startup time and simplified system operation, allowing researchers to focus more of their time on data acquisition and analysis.

The company has launched this new tool in order to provide benefits to scientists who rely on nano flow technology to enable more productive and efficient workflows.

Dr Remco Swart, director of LC-MS technologies at Thermo Fisher Scientific, said: "Our new nano UHPLC system combines the precision of ProFlow technology with ease of operation, so that researchers can focus less on the technology and more on their work."

This follows the recent launch of the company's BRAHMS PCT Testing Solution for sepsis diagnosis and antibiotic stewardship applications.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801811316-ADNFCR
