Wildfire names managing director as part of leadership restructuring

10th November 2015

Wildfire has restructured its leadership team to drive further growth, with board director Debby Penton taking up the position of managing director.

Ms Penton will take over responsibility for the day-to-day management of the agency, leading its senior management team, including Wildfire founder Lorraine Jenkins, plus David Marsden, Andrew Shephard and Paula Fifield.

Richard Parker, the agency's founder and former managing director, will assume the role of chief executive officer. Meanwhile, Louise Andrews and Chris King – who have been with Wildfire for a decade – will be promoted to associate director.

This comes as part of the firm's wider efforts to develop a multidisciplinary approach that can add value to clients' marketing strategies by building awareness, engaging prospects and ultimately driving sales.

Mr Parker said: "We have made changes to our structure that will help us take full advantage of the skills and experience of all our senior people."

In the last financial year, the agency grew by 27 percent, with recent client wins including William Hill Online, Violin Memory, Acxiom, Axiell, Waze and Artmotion.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801805374-ADNFCR
