Philips launches Efficia CM Series patient monitors in UK

Philips has announced the UK launch of its new Efficia CM Series patient monitors, which are designed to provide a high standard of care at an affordable price.

They offer the same physiological measurements and algorithms as other Philips patient monitors, but are designed to be more cost-effective and scalable to the needs of budget-constrained low to mid-acuity settings.

Both the Efficia CM100 and Efficia CM120 can be customised for a variety of patient types, and comes with an intuitive user-interface to ease the burden on a high pressure clinical workflow.

Covering applications ranging from healthy living and prevention, to diagnosis, treatment and home care, the devices make it easier for clinicians to make quick and informed decisions.

This comes after the firm introduced its groundbreaking new on-demand ultrasound service offering in the UK last month.
