Consilium Strategic Communications has provided advisory services to its client Immunocore on a recent private financing round.
The world-leading biotechnology company has raised $320 million (206.04 million pounds) through the oversubscribed funding round, which was the largest ever for a private European life sciences company.
“Consilium Strategic Communications has advised Immunocore on a successful $320 million private financing round. “
Money contributed by organisations such as Woodford Investment Management, Malin, Lilly and RTW Investments will help Immunocore to further accelerate the development of its proprietary pipeline for treating cancer, viral infections and autoimmune diseases.
Consilium was retained by Immunocore in early 2015 to assist with financial, corporate and scientific communications.
Mary-Jane Elliott, managing partner at Consilium Strategic Communications, said: "We are pleased to support clients with such innovation and ambition and we look forward to continuing to work with Immunocore."
The Consilium team advising Immunocore comprises Ms Elliott alongside Jessica Hodgson, Chris Welsh and Laura Thornton.See all the latest jobs in Healthcare Communications
