Zenopa has placed 15th in a list of the best small workplaces in the UK compiled by the Great Place to Work Institute.
This marks the third consecutive year in which the Buckinghamshire-based recruitment company has been included in the list, thus underlining the firm's commitment to staff development and satisfaction.
“Zenopa has been recognised for the third year running by the Great Place to Work Institute as one of the best small workplaces of the year.“
Results from the Trust Index Employee Survey and the Culture Audit management questionnaire were evaluated together to determine whether the companies assessed could be described as great workplaces.
Zenopa's continued success in this ranking is a testament to the work of managing director Mark Denton, who credits courses undertaken at Cranfield University for their role in helping to develop Zenopa's acclaimed workplace standards.
Natasha Wilson, executive recruiter at Zenopa Recruitment, said: "Zenopa acknowledges and rewards the efforts people make and the results that they achieve. The more you put in, the more the company gives back."
The firm was founded in 1991 and offers healthcare sector recruitment services with UK and Europe-wide coverage. It has experienced substantial growth in the last ten years in particular.
