Aurora launches IMC Framework tool to enhance pharmaceutical marketing

Aurora has announced the launch of a new framework and online assessment tool to help pharmaceutical companies maximise the effectiveness of their multichannel integration.

The Integrating MultiChannel (IMC) Framework will assist clients in enhancing their comms through different online and offline channels. It incorporates desk research, interviews with internal and external stakeholders, and workshops with internal multidisciplinary teams.

Designed to deliver benefits in terms of strategy development, adoption and delivery, the framework will help healthcare firms to embrace a customer-centric model.

As an introduction, Aurora has also developed IMC Index Lite, a free online tool that helps users to assess their current status and offers tips for improvement.

Aurora managing director and owner Neil Crump said: "We developed our new IMC Framework to help our clients think bigger and drive adoption of effective multichannel approaches with the aim of increasing sales, loyalty and advocacy, as well as better health outcomes."

This comes after the firm expanded its team with the appointment of Claire Mosley, Kristen Barrett and Joe Balfour to new roles earlier this month.
