EKF Diagnostics has announced the launch of a new Premium Partnership Programme for its distributors worldwide, as part of ongoing efforts to enhance its customer service.
The scheme provides participating distributors with unique access to EKF's diagnostics product and specialist industry knowledge, including local training and masterclass events that give distributors and customer groups an opportunity to liaise with EKF product experts.

Meanwhile, the company's support centre will provide an online resource filled with detailed information and a range of downloadable support materials, with a rebate scheme offering distributors an annual sales-calculated reimbursement.
At the same time, EKF has announced the appointment of Simona Carnielli as a dedicated distribution manager for EKF in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, who will be in charge of implementing and managing the scheme.
Ms Carnielli said: "Our new Premium Partnership Programme has been developed with the aim of providing concrete benefits that add value to our distributors, by supporting them with tangible tools of marketing, sales and technical material."
This comes after the firm enhanced its haemoglobin analysis and personalised medicine capabilities with the acquisitions of Selah Genomics and DiaSpect Medical last month.See all the latest jobs in Science
