Autoscribe publishes positive case study from Thornton and Ross

Scientific Company News

Autoscribe has made a new case study available revealing the success pharmaceutical company Thornton and Ross has had in implementing its Matrix Gemini laboratory information management system (LIMS).

Thornton and Ross - the largest independent pharmaceutical manufacturer in the UK - invested in Autoscribe's LIMS as a means of improving its laboratory quality control efficiency.

“Autoscribe has published a new case study showing how Thornton and Ross was able to benefit from using the Matrix Gemini laboratory information management system.“

It was looking for a system capable of controlling, managing, organising, documenting, analysing and reporting information, due to rising volumes of laboratory test data threatening to overwhelm existing practices.

Matrix Gemini was chosen to manage data for a wide range of analytical techniques for both the raw materials and finished products teams, proving a great success. Thornton and Ross was able to overcome all of the challenges it faced, while satisfying the relevant regulatory requirements.

This comes after Autoscribe last month announced the launch of a comprehensive user requirements checklist for use in the planning of LIMS projects, in order to help customers ensure they are making an educated purchasing decision when investing in a solution such as Matrix Gemini.
