Royal Canin has announced that it will be hosting a two-day workshop entitled Concordance and Compliance - Beyond the Consultation Room in Oxfordshire this March.
Taking place at the Oxford Belfry in Milton Common near Thame, the event comes as part of the animal health company's practice support initiative and will focus on shared decision-making processes between practice teams and clients.
It will discuss methods of improving client follow-through on veterinary advice, increasing staff commitment and enhancing the standard of patient care, while also helping profit margins.
The event will feature presentations from leading veterinary professionals such as business consultant Geoff Little, consultation skills coach Brian Faulkner and marketing expert Nicki Glen.
Lee Danks, veterinary support manager at Royal Canin, said: "Royal Canin is obviously renowned for its nutritional expertise but we'd like to make practices aware that our support extends beyond just products."
The company was founded in 1967 and is now one of the world's leading animal health suppliers, employing more than 6,000 people globally as of 2012.See all the latest jobs in Animal Health
