Sunlight's online portal for customer dealings has achieved a major milestone of 500,000 transactions in the past 12 months.
In a bid to improve its green credentials, the firm has promoted the use of its Sunlight Connect system to provide ease of access to ordering and communication for its consumers, with paperless billing and ordering now the norm for the majority of Sunlight clients.
This has resulted in a significant reduction in paper usage, postage and fax costs for customers and the business itself, with the firm also making major investments in factory equipment to further streamline the ordering process.
The company stated: "We've saved a huge amount of paper and telephone calls, reduced our environmental impact and most importantly, our customers have saved time."
