Fleishman-Hillard CEO named in PR News Hall of Fame
Marketing ServicesFleishman-Hillard has announced that its president and chief executive officer (CEO) Dave Senay has been named as one of the members of PR News' PR People Hall of Fame.
The media agency's head was among six industry leaders selected by the publication for entry to the Hall of Fame, recognising his numerous achievements in the sector over the course of his career.
Mr Senay began his association with Fleishman-Hillard in 1984, becoming the third president and CEO in the organisation's history in 2006 after having previously served in regional roles in Europe, Canada, St Louis and the Midwestern US.
He is a member of the prestigious Arthur Page Society and is part of the boards of the Council of Public Relations Firms and the Public Relations Seminar, while he also acted as PR jury president at the 2011 Cannes International Festival of Creativity.
This comes after the company recently claimed 13 wins at the 2011 Phoenix Awards, organised by the Public Relations Society of America, as well as being named Asia Pacific consultancy of the year at the Sabre Awards.
