BCF Technology appoints new lead service engineer

16th August 2011

BCF Technology has announced the appointment of Michael Woods as the new lead service engineer of its service centre in Ireland.

Mr Woods will be tasked with leading the existing team at the Dundalk facility and will be aiming to improve the quality of service offered to the firm's userbase in the country.

He joins the company after an extensive career within the engineering sector, having spent ten years with Xerox and two-and-a-half years at Atlantic 252, as well as acting as an analysis technician for Motorola.

Mr Woods stated that he expects to help raise standards at BCF Technology once he has familiarised himself with the company's products.

"I hope to increase the speed and volume of turnaround of the service and repairs that we deliver from the service centre," he said.

The Dundalk service centre was opened by the company in February 2011 and is used to serve the company's clients both in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-800700660-ADNFCR
