Software of Excellence has achieved its best ever customer satisfaction performance in a recently-conducted independent study.
Research consultancy Converso conducted a survey among the dental practice software developer's clients, questioning them on service quality issues such as the knowledge and telephone manner of staff, as well as the time taken to resolve problems.
Results show that Software of Excellence achieved a 12 percent lead over its largest competitor in the overall satisfaction rankings, as well as outperforming it across all categories.
According to the company, its rating in the latest Converso study was higher than the one it achieved in a similar poll conducted in 2009.
