Proctor and Gamble’s Tide Free and Gentle Liquid Laundry Detergent and Tide PODS® Free and Gentle Laundry Detergent have received both the National Eczema Association Seal of Acceptance™ and the National Psoriasis Foundation Seal of Recognition, a first for laundry detergent products.

The NPF’s Seal of Recognition is awarded for OTC products that help ease irritation for those living with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis or those with sensitive skin or limited mobility. The NEA Seal of Acceptance recognizes products that are suitable for people with eczema or sensitive skin. The qualification process involved providing product ingredients, formulation, independently tested scientific data, and human irritation patch testing to demonstrate the products do not irritate severe sensitive skin and skin with psoriasis or eczema.
