Last week WPP merged Burson-Marsteller and Cohn & Wolfe to create Burson Cohn & Wolfe, and appointed Don Baer, former CEO of Burson-Marsteller, as chairman and Donna Imperato, Cohn & Wolfe CEO as CEO of the merged company.
The appointments are as follows:

Former executive vice president of global business development at Burson-Marsteller, Chris Foster, will become president of North America, and will report to CEO Donna Imperato.
Laura Eder, most recently North American president at Cohn & Wolfe, becomes executive vice president and managing director of North America, and will report to Chris Foster.
Scott Wilson is on familiar ground being appointed president for Europe and Africa, as he led this region for Cohn & Wolfe.
Ramiro Prudencio, who led Europe and Africa for Burson-Marsteller, will take on the role of building the agency’s global corporate reputation practice.
Francisco Carvalho previously led Latin America for Burson-Marsteller, and has been appointed president for Latin America for the new company.
Matt Stafford, former leader of Asia for Cohn & Wolfe is appointed president for Asia at Burson Cohn & Wolfe.
Axicom will expand beyond Europe and be led by former Burson-Marsteller executive Margaret Key in Asia and report to the CEO.
Sunil John, who led the Middle East for Burson-Marsteller will do the same for Burson Cohn & Wolfe.See all the latest jobs in Healthcare Communications
