PharmaceuticalExecutive Vice President of Global People & Organisation at Novo Nordisk, Monique Carter, has decided to prioritise being with her family back in the UK by leaving the Denmark based business for a new career pursuit.

“Monique Carter has decided to leave Novo Nordisk to prioritise being with her family back in the UK“
Carter’s replacement will be Tania Sabroe, who started her journey with Novo Nordisk over 15 years ago in 2007. Sabroe lives in Switzerland although she comes from a Danish background and worked in international operations for 8 years until 2021.
She will instantly become a member of Executive Management as part of her promotion.

Another promotion was issued to David Moore, who will be EVP for Corporate Development and also be a part of the high-level management.
In the autumn last year, Moore began working at Novo Nordisk as SVP for Corporate Development, where he oversaw both BD and strategy. He has held a number of high level, senior positions in the US pharmaceutical sector prior to having joined.
