Breakthrough Properties Proposes New Oxford Research Building

A renowned international life sciences real estate developer, Breakthrough Properties, has revealed their proposal for the Trinity House by Breakthrough based in Oxford.

Breakthrough intends to convert Trinity House into a distinctive life science setting with almost 170,000 square feet of custom laboratory and office space. The striking and expressive architectural style of the structure is intended make research performed there viewable for all.

The proposals from Breakthrough demonstrated their continued dedication to improving energy efficiency, cutting carbon output, and offering high quality workplaces. A number of living walls and special amenity/ wellness facilities are featured in the design.

Building is projected to start this year, with people moving on site to work in 2025.

The Oxford research cluster, supported by Oxford University and base of top UK companies including Oxford Biomedica and Immunocore, is one of the most competitive and supply limited sectors in biomedical and life science.
