Reactor-Ready Filter Lab Reactor launched by Radleys
The new Reactor-Ready Filter Lab Reactor has been launched by Radleys, which enables filtration and synthesis in a single jacketed vessel setup, which is ideal for reaction workups, crystallisation and product isolation.
Combining a jacketed lab filter and reactor into one compact benchtop system, the Reactor-Ready Filter Lab Reactor enables users to isolate their product without transferring their material from the reactor to a separate filter manually, thus, decreasing product losses and saving time.
Those with a Reactor-Ready can easily upgrade to a filter reactor. Furthermore, they can invest in a dedicated, standalone filter system.
The jacketed design of the one and two-litre filter vessels continues down to the filter plate, allowing for accurate temperature control of the entire vessel contents. The vessel inner has a wide DN150 bottom flange that gives easy access to the filter cake and allows for unrestricted filtration.
The filter vessels come with a chemically resistant, leak-proof PTFE or PEEK filter base that can be used with pre-cut filter membranes in various porosities and materials, or consumers can trim their material to size.
The swivel filter plate support provides for easy alignment of the filter base with the vessel and easy filter cake collection.
Automate your Reactor-Ready Filter Lab Reactor with AVA Lab Control Software, which controls and logs all peripheral devices for liquid dosing, including overhead stirrers, circulators, and gravimetric additions modules.
