OPEN Health has announced the acquisition of ARK, a London based agency, which has a unique approach to delivering digital-first and data-driven creative campaigns. Integrating the ARK business within the OPEN Health Group will further strengthen their ability to provide global clients with measurable omnichannel campaigns and global creative, digital-first resources.
The acquisition means OPEN Health will consist of roughly eight-hundred and seventy-five people in sixteen locations across six countries, including the UK, USA, Germany, the Netherlands, China and India.
