Ketchum London has taken significant steps to drive systemic change throughout its organisation, as well as create an inclusive and diverse workplace at extraordinary speed, which has led them to win the Diversity and Inclusion Company of the Year Award 2020 at this year's DRUM PR AWARDS.
Ketchum is leading change through advances in recruitment, training, apprenticeships and internships; a dynamic Inclusion Council; ambitious improvements in family policy and senior leaders who are committed in doing the hard work to promote a culture where diversity and inclusion, equality and respect are essential to all the agency does. As a result, they are the first organisation audited by CreativeEquals.org to achieve Bronze accreditation on the first attempt in 2019, and Silver accreditation in 2020.
“Ketchum London obtains the Diversity and Inclusion Company of the Year Award 2020.“
Jo-ann Robertson, Ketchum London’s CEO, stated: “Diversity and Inclusion is a top business priority for Ketchum London. We fundamentally believe that diverse teams operating in an inclusive culture produce the most exceptional and progressive award-winning work. A commitment to diversity and inclusion best practices not only makes business sense, but it’s the right thing to do. We are delighted our efforts have been recognised but there is much more to do. We are on a journey to be the most inclusive and diverse communications agency in London, doing work that matters.”
