This year's Communique Awards was a virtual ceremony, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, celebrating the most inspiring people and work in medical communications.
One winner, Lucid Group, was delighted to walk away from the awards with a high commendation and a win, both in the category of 'Excellence in Global Education Meetings/Stand-Alone Events.'
“This year's Communique Awards was a virtual ceremony, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, celebrating the most inspiring people and work in medical communications. “
Lucid Group's programme - 'LiBRA 2019: Looking beyond the joint in rheumatoid arthritis (RA): Is there a missing link in RA management?' obtained the category with high praise going to their CLEAR HORIZONS – A new era of psoriasis care programme.
Lucid Group’s COO and co-founder, Jan Steele, stated: "It was great to see so many engage with the virtual awards on social media. The Communiqué team did a great job in delivering an exciting online event championing the medical communications industry and the transformative work everyone has delivered. We were thrilled that our work in both rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis was recognised, well done to all those involved, this was well deserved recognition of your fabulous work.”
The judges stated: “LiBRA 2019 is an outstanding entry, founded on robust insights and really focused on clinical practice improvements. The judges felt that the active MSL follow-up and the accompanying publication really enhanced and extended the learning journey for delegates. This was all underpinned by a great creative strategy, focusing on the concept of nature versus nurture. An exceptional programme, designed to meet unmet needs in patient management!”See all the latest jobs in Healthcare Communications
