OPEN Health and Pharmerit International collaborate.

Healthcare Communications

OPEN Health has announced that they are going to add Pharmerit International to its group of companies. The merger of the Pharmerit business with the OPEN Health group creates a unique organisation fit to be a world-wide leader in market access, HEOR, healthcare communications and medical affairs. The merger supports OPEN Health’s positioning to be broad, deep and connected. OPEN Health’s statement of being broad will be fulfilled, as there is the ability to offer Medical Affairs and HEOR a widespread collection of materials to address world class communications across media. Furthermore, they can also be deep as the company’s global footprint and abilities in the HEOR will be expanding across integrated centres of excellence. Lastly, they will be connected because there will be a skilled, diverse team working across the globe to provide the best in class solutions. The merger will also mean that OPEN Health will have 700 employees across 15 offices, in 6 countries including: Germany, US, UK, The Netherlands, India and China.

The Chief Operating Officer at OPEN Health, Sandy Royden, said: “We are delighted to welcome Pharmerit into the OPEN Health family, this is a key strategic integration that will both enhance our global HEOR offering and also our global Medical Affairs Platform. OPEN Health now has a unique mix of offerings and opportunities for innovation, to support industry changes and growth.”
