Dentsply Sirona’s Connect portal has been revamped and now has a secure transmission of scan data and case information, the ability to send photos to the lab as an attachment, and a chatbot for communication with the dental technician. The newly named Connect Case Center has an inbox that facilitates access to the Connect Case Center by all labs, whatever CAD software they are using, which shows all cases to be processed and enables a 3D preview of the order. The new Connect Case Center connects with Simplant, Atlantis and SureSmile. It’s software is supplied with the purchase of a Primescan AC or a new Omnicam AC, for easy access to the Connect Case Center, as is a license for the Inbox so one lab can access the portal, with the option for other labs to buy their own Inbox license to obtain access to it.
