Lucid Futures Academy has its first graduates for 2018

Lucid Group run their graduate programme The Lucid Futures Academy biannually for new hires, where employees of Lucid Group mentor graduates. Four of them, who have completed an eight week training course in medical writing and account handling, including strategic brand planning and financial management, have now graduated and moved into their first job placements.

One of the graduates, Kat Schleicher, who will be joining Leading Edge, said: “We have learned so much over the past two months, it’s transformed my understanding of medical communications.”

Angela Young, HR director at Lucid, said: “By empowering the graduates with the necessary knowledge and experience during their training and job placements, they will be able to make the right choices, based on where they see their talents and ambitions being realised. We will then work our magic by making sure we find a role to suit them, this way we all win.”
