BI launches Frontline Flagship Store on business-to-consumer platform Tmall

Boehringer Ingelheim has become the first multinational animal health company to launch a flagship store for pet parasiticides on, an open business-to-consumer platform enabling businesses to reach China’s consumer market. The BI Frontline Flagship Store specialises in selling BI’s full range of pet parasiticides: Frontline®, Heartgard®, Nexgard®, Nexgard® Spectra and Broadline®. BI will also use the Tmall flagship store to educate pet owners about pet health knowledge with the store offering an online consultation service to answer questions from pet owners, and pet knowledge classes on a regular basis.
