Role Overview

Our client are seeking a Nationwide Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a 'start up' early in the journey and benefit from the company's success. You will report to the founders and will play a key role in the company through utilising your own network!

The initial responsibilities will include onboarding new dental practices and supporting their growth objectives.






Key Duties and Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the role will consist of:
Introducing and explaining the benefits of the Warranty Programme to the key stakeholders of potential affiliate partners, dental groups and dental practices
Promoting and explaining the network via the telephone, video conferencing, in-person visits, webinars and industry conference presentations
Onboarding of new dental groups, practices and issuing dentists
Providing day-to-day leadership, focus and support to our dental partners
Working with strategic partners to implement projects ensuring that potential improvement initiatives are developed
Ensuring appropriate involvement and engagement of strategic partners and service users, in the development and delivery of key growth objectives
Facilitating joined up working and shared learning across partners to maximise opportunities to learn from each other and work together
Helping to create, refine and provide succession, replicating success by training, leading and managing the next generation of Programme Managers



Person Specification

Our client are looking for an experienced dental sales professional to join the team.

They are looking for:
Experience of direct sales success within the dental sector
Experience of managing successful projects
A flexible approach to work to meet the needs of the business
A tenacious, driven and enthusiastic attitude to achieve goals
The ability to travel when required, including overnight stays if necessary
