We are looking to recruit a Business Unit Middleware Expert /Project Manager to join a growing companies highly skilled service team in the UK.

Middleware Expert/Project Manager - UK, India and Ireland

This role will provide project management and IT/middleware expertise to the field service teams in the UK, India and Ireland. The role is predominantly home based but will require travel within the business unit territories as required. The ideal candidate will be flexible and possess a strong can do attitude with good project management and IT/networking skills.

Main Duties Include:
- Manage multi-site middleware installation projects across the business unit in accordance with the companies implementation process.
- Provide ongoing project support to India and Ireland.
- Provide remote and onsite support to customers and distributors with middleware issues.
- Train, develop and support colleagues with middleware installations and technical issues.
- Provide novel solutions to IT/Middleware issues.
- Participate to global middleware projects and share feedback with HQ and BU Service Manager.
- Assist colleagues and distributors on first installations as required.
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, replacement, or other corrective action for Middleware issues.
- Collect, document and alert HQ team on frequent issues or requested features
- Liaise with the central HQ Middleware team to report local activity and or criticalities.
- Stay abreast on industry standards and new company products.
- Organise and provide virtual classes, e-learning, product training and workshops to business unit teams and distributors.
- Collect, Qualify & Consolidate complex/recurrent issues of the BU to transfer to the HQ.
- Work with the Service Manager, QA and IT departments to maintain compliance with the NHS digital's Data Security and Protection Toolkit.

Candidate Specification:
- The candidate will ideally be qualified in IT, Computer information systems, Communications and Networking or equivalent experience.
- Candidates with a PRINCE II practitioner certification or similar project management qualification will be desirable.
