Responsible for fault finding, preventative maintenance, installations and repair on Mammography and Xray equipment

Location: suitable for someone based between Birmingham and just north of the M62 corridor (Preston to York)

Experience working on X-ray instrumentation is essential - this can be medical X-ray, dental, veterinary, industrial, airport security, graphics equipment, NDT equipment or ex-military engineers who have worked with X-ray.

Role involves:
Ensuing the smooth and continued operation of new and existing products and equipment, through repair of emergency breakdowns and routine service maintenance duties.
Installation of new equipment and systems.
Install and demonstrate equipment as required in support of the sales team
Responding to technical requests from internal and external stakeholders and ensuring excellent customer service.

Person Specification:
Experience working on X-ray instrumentation (this can be from within the medical or another industry)
A formal qualification in Engineering is preferred.

Up to £40k basic salary
On call payment
