Field Service Engineer- Clinical Diagnostic (Immunodiagnostic Analysers), fault finding, repair, maintenance and servicing.

They are looking for a Field Service Engineer to work with their immunodiagnostic analysers and automated systems used in hospital laboratories.
This role is field based travelling to customer sites across the South, providing installation, service support and repairs of instrumentation. Travel will be around 4-5 days a week across the region.
Responsibilities:
Installation of analysers at customer sites.
Support International Service Engineer as and when required.
Preventative maintenance services.
Provide technical assistance to customers in response to enquiries and reports from the field.
Repair and/or replacement of faulty analyser components to restore functionality of the analyser within agreed timescales and in order to offer first time fix solution.
Repair returned analysers or component parts and return to reconditioned stock.
Maintain spare part stock control.
Validating and testing new hardware on existing platforms and software versions.
Person Specification:
Electronics, Mechanical or Engineering Degree / HNC (or equivalent).
Experience working in a field service role, ideally within the clinical diagnostics industry, or working as a Biomedical Service Engineer
Excellent communication skills, customer service focused and approachable.
Comfortable with travel.
Flexible to work unsociable hours when required.
