Marketing Manager
*Patient-focused critical care company is looking to bring on board a Marketing Manager to manage a growing team and play a key role in the commercial running of the business.*
The role involved a full ownership of both upstream and downstream marketing activities.
- Developing strong relationships with KOL's, working with them on the adotption of products, including organising study days, workshops, learning/development classes.
- Establishing products in courses for nurse and Doctor training.
- Managing the product development pipeline
- Utilise customer insights to identify key products, markets and channels.
- Identify new distributed products that fit with the company strategy and work with the Marketing Team to test them in relevant markets.
- Establishing relationships with organisations such as NICE, NIHR and NHS tower purchasing organisation.
Upstream marketing responsibilities:
- Developing the global marketing plan and develop strategies and tactics to deliver on the plan.
- Develop and manage the communication plan for both print and digital marketing and social media.
- Conduct competitor, environmental and market trend analysis.
- Manage Advertising, sales promotion PR and exhibitin activities.
The essetial experience for the role includes:
- A background in medical device marketing.
- Line management experience.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Preferably from a life sciences educational background.
- Enjoys working in a competitive and rewarding environment!
