Do you want to work for and make a real impact on a £130m turnover, private equity backed, international healthcare business, which specialises in the development, manufacture and distribution of diagnostic products which has doubled its revenues in the last 5 years?

We are looking for someone to lead the campaign management team (two direct reports) to execute lead/demand generation activities

Principal Duties and Responsibilities.
o Build a customer centric, revenue generating strategy for demand generation and marketing automation tools, processes and programs
o Lead the Campaign Management team
o Achieve lead/demand generation targets
o Actively support sales in order to achieve budget
o Develop and communicate the vision and direction of the team in close alignment with marketing teams

Who are we looking for?
Marketing or Business degree or MBA
Typically 6-8 years of relevant experience in B2B digital/inbound marketing, including web and landing page development
Minimum 2 years of people management experience & demonstrated successful leadership of a digital marketing team
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital plans and implementing successful demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs
Proven record of helping sales to meet or exceed targets, optimizing landing pages and sales funnels
Experience of using demand generation tools
Proven ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team
Required to travel internationally including some evenings & weekends
Full UK driving license

Medical or scientific qualification
Other languages
Understanding of how technology is changing marketing and the diagnostic & therapeutic markets
