Commercially important Managed Service Solutions Manager Opportunity for the UKs leading Diagnostic Company.


Role Overview


This opportunity includes contract management, procurement of Third Party diagnostic instruments and reagents, end-to-end supply chain management and the provision of Consultancy services.


Key Duties and Responsibilities


- Build executive level relationships in assigned accounts
- Engage, coach and partner with a range of key internal and external stakeholders to develop customer led solutions and services
- Drive and negotiate complex business and high value-based Managed Service contracts in partnership with Third Party partners
- Produced solution strategy and thought leadership based on knowledge of strengths and weaknesses of the competition
- Deliver collaborative long term contracts
- Coordinate risk assessment activities to identify 'Go' / 'No go' position
- Lead Third Party negotiation strategies
- Strategic Account business planning and progress post implementation


Person Specification


- Prior commercial success within a healthcare setting (particularly at winning large complex contracts)
- Commercial service experience
- Project management experience of large cross-functional teams
- Excellent diagnostics product and industry knowledge
