We are currently recruiting for a Dental Key Account Manager to cover the South East for a global dental company. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with a portfolio of approximately 20-50 practices to proactively enhance performance.

Dental Key Account Manager

Products: Orthodontics

Territory: South East region

Key responsibilities:
- Implementation services
- Utilization/Marketing/Practice Consultations
- Planning and reviewing practice metrics
- Conduct one on one report review
- Assist with internal and external training needs
- Practice Marketing/Selling Consulting
- On-site support
- Periodic practice progress evaluation and consultation


- Several years' experience in healthcare or Orthodontic industry
- Consulting, Training, and Process Improvement experience required
- Excellent consultative, analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to analyse business information such as Price Corrected Dealer Sales Out (PCDSO) to refine specific product and activity focus to achieve KPI targets on a monthly/cycle basis.
- Able to apply Professional Selling Skills principles to all dialogues.
- Able to undertake regular UK business travel i.e. 4-6 nights per month, (2-4 during induction phase and occasional overseas for 3-4 nights) and hold a valid local driving license.
