Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Leverage key national and regional experts to positively position product portfolio within current and future guidelines and protocols
- Implementation of Peer to Peer / Advocacy programs.
- Responsibility for establishing and maintaining high knowledge levels of customer base, key decision-makers and key account units
- Maximise sales potential and market share
- Effective market access programs
- Business plans
- Strategic Contacts and Market Intelligence
- Keeping the Management team fully updated with field developments, national opinion and forums that could impact current and future product positioning and sales potential
- Responsible for ensuring that a high level of product, therapy area and competitor knowledge, is learned and retained
- Responsible for maintaining minimum Company standards

Typical Outputs:
- Sales plans, Guidelines, protocols and budgets that enable effective use and adoption of product portfolio
- Daily Customer contact through one to one, group meetings, speaker meetings and symposia
- KOL and Ad boards , support marketing and medical to ensure these are effective and well attended.
- Business intelligence reports, tracking and analysis of the above
- Conduct company administration in a timely manner
