Junior Medical Copywriter

Working for an independent and growing agency specialising in healthcare advertising based in Central Windsor who are seeking a Junior Copywriter on a permanent basis. The role has come about due to new business wins and the need for additional support.

The role would suit someone with around 1 years' experience in some kind of medical writing capacity .
The work is advertising and promotional with a med ed element (but more creative than pure med ed). The company and role would suit someone quite dynamic who is willing to help and collaborate across the business.

The agency has had its best year (despite covid) and they work with some top name pharma clients in areas such as dermatology and biotechs. They have taken on new starters during lockdown and continue to grow.

Everyone is currently working remotely and they are moving to a new office space come August 2021 . The role can be a blend of office and remote working.

As an agency everyone works hard, but not at the detriment of personal and family life.
They don't operate a hierarchy structure. It is a flexible, caring environment where everyone's opinion is valued and they are passionate about success. Everyone gets involved in pitches.

Employees have said they like working here because they get exposure to the whole project cycle which may not happen in a larger company.
