As our Junior Marketing Manager, you'll be joining a growing and exciting company with a real chance to make a positive impact. Your position will focus on driving the sales for our Laboratory Products to global markets.
As Junior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, designing and executing campaigns for our products through. This role will be to focus on a wide variety of daily marketing activities and to support the sales team and wider company in achieving the overall goals set.
This is a permanent position with a travel required when permitted again for national and international events.
What will you do?
-Develop and establish effective marketing strategies, messaging, initiatives and launch targets for new prospects on a global scale.
-Manage all outgoing internal and external communications through email marketing, social media and direct mail
-Create and develop branded materials
-Manage social media channels with a set and thought out monthly calendar
-Develop and execute marketing programs and strategies targeting segments that drive demand generation, pipeline health and contract penetration
-Work closely with the sales team and provide them with support for clients
-Implement digital-based nurturing and lead acquisition programs to generate and maintain business
-Monitor and maintain health of clients lists in CRM platforms
-Share best practices, effective regional strategies and high ROI campaign approaches with the rest of team
Who We Are Looking For
-Passion and knowledge for marketing and business development within the Life Science sector
-Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing, sales, or related metrics and KPIs
-Ability to produce marketing materials - written, video, etc. - in English
-Knowledge of the following key competencies: marketing communications, digital marketing, customer segmentation, value proposition development and marketing program development and execution
-Successful track record of achieving results through - and in collaboration with - others
-Excellent communication skills - both oral and written, with high proficiency in English
-A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals
-Self-starter, capable of working with minimal guidance
Willing and able to travel internationally as required
- Degree level education within a science related subject
- Experience driving marketing programs and campaigns that result in measurable results
