We are looking for experienced people with 1 - 3 years experience within a recruiting role, ideally within a similar type of company but this is not essential.
A Recruiter is a blend of sales, service provision and administration in a highly competitive environment. The role is fast paced and with a mixture of financial targets and activity targets. Performance is based on activity driven by contact with client and candidates and results – i.e. billings.
