Year 1:
Following an initial 2 week induction programme, each of your first three months will be spent within a different Zenopa division. This will give you experience of differing markets as you become familiar with different working processes and start to put your skills into practice. You will then be assigned to a role and team that is most suitable to your abilities and skills, where your Team Leader and Business Manager will provide you with ongoing support and guidance.
Year 2:
Continuing with your Personal Development Plan to hone your skills and deliver more consistent results as you become increasingly proficient and autonomous within your role. You would expect to be promoted to the level of ‘Senior’ during this time.
Year 3:
With uncapped bonuses and achieving the level of 'Principal', you can expect to earn between £40-£60K as you become and expert with in your market, building a reputation for success within the company and the respect of the clients and candidates who you support.
