International Service Manager
Location - UK - Based close to an International Airport
Travel - Worldwide Travel - 60%
Salary - Circa £50,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

Duties:

Management and provision of technical and engineering support to distributors
Provision of Installation support and training for distributors and end users
Management of escalated technical issues
Management of the instrument workshop
Responsibility for CMMS instrument support tool
Responsibility for parts stock management
Production of technical and support documentation.
Assist with product development and improvements.
Deliver high quality and professional customer service
Work with Sales Support Team to encourage best practice and optimal use of the systems
Support the commercial teams with tender responses, customer demonstrations and technical
expertise
Check and prepare Instruments prior to shipment and installation

Qualifications and experience required:

Experience in medical diagnostics/laboratory medicine
Frontline engineering experience
Relevant technical/science degree or engineering qualification
Fluent English Essential and Business Level French Advantageous
IT/Computer skills
Strong Communication/Interpersonal skills
Troubleshooting skills
Presentation skills
Commercial awareness and acumen
