Territory Sales Manager

ROLE: Territory Sales Manager (Maternity Cover)
TERRITORY:CM0, CM16, CO1, E1, IG1, RM1, SG1, SS0

PRODUCTS: Urology: Bladder dysfunction - 'LoFric' Catheter product range

RESPONSIBILITIES:
" To be the customer's expert on Wellspect Healthcare bladder and bowel products and services- Intermittent self catheterisation and Transanal irrigation
" Promotes and sells bladder and bowel products manufactured by Wellspect Healthcare.
" Understand the prescription process for dispensing appliance contracters and to follow industry guidelines
" Create sales in an ethical manner
" Responsible for identifying and implementing potential new business, following through the sales process
" Responsible for achieving agreed sales targets and performance objectives.
" Call on new and existing customers, both pre-arranged and speculatively, to inform of products, services and clinical studies conducted with Wellspect bladder and bowel products. Using selling skills to identify individual customer needs.
" Maintains existing customer's use of Wellspect HealthCare products.
" Discusses use and effect of products, using detail aids, literature and promotional materials
" Presents and promotes products and their applications to groups of customers on a regular basis
" Attends exhibitions and company meetings as required
" To comply with all company and information governance requirements
" Collaborate on marketing programmes by monitoring and providing accurate tracking, reporting and follow up to ensure a consistent and professional marketing campaign
" Complete regular reports of a) planned activity, b) actual activity in CRM system on a daily basis
" Complete business expenses on a monthly basis
" Manage territory budget requirements in a time and cost effective manner
" Maintain professional behavior in all business settings: teleconferences, sales meeting, face to face communication, etc.

" Manage samples budget within territory requirements

" Promotes and sells other products manufactured by Wellspect Healthcare
" Sells and gains commitment to purchase from persons contacted and on through the supply chain as necessary
" Presents and promotes products and their applications to groups of customers on a regular basis
" Attends Urology exhibitions and company meetings as required
" Produces regular reports of a) planned activity, b) actual activity, c) business expenses as and when required
