TERRITORY: Southern UK - key focus on London and surrounding areas
PRODUCTS: Haematology and Coagulation instrumentation and related products.
CUSTOMERS: NHS and private laboratories

A great opportunity for a Biomedical Scientist to move into an Applications Specialist position!

This role is field-based 80% of the time, travelling to customer sites across the region. The role will involve developing relationships with all customers, working closely with the field sales and field service team.
The role will involve assisting with instrument installation, provide technical support during the tender process, customer training and instrument troubleshooting.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with all customers, respond to their needs promptly and effectively.
Install instrumentation at customer sites.
Investigate and resolves any problems with customer's products, determine source of the problem, troubleshoot and assist appropriately to resolve the issue.
Update the instruments, adhering to all company policies and procedures for correct operation of company instrumentation to end users
Responsible for training and support to customers via in-house and on-site system training.
Documents and record information correctly and on time.

A Biomedical Scientist with expertise in coagulation, haematology or transfusion, who is looking to move into a field-based customer support role.
4+ year's post degree laboratory experience is preferable.
