Role Overview

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Global Planning Partner to join us on a Fixed Term Contract for up to 10 months. Leading on one of our large accounts with a global product portfolio in Oral Health and Over The Counter (OTC). We market to a team of experts including Dental Healthcare Professionals helping them to achieve better patient outcomes. We also support them with their professional outcomes through things like continued education, mental health programmes and advocacy.
As the Planning Lead you will focus on the oral health element of the business working on Enterprise projects designed to build brand equity, leadership and expertise. With the support of a planner, you will also oversee and drive brand-based projects which focus on product driven communications.

" Developing overarching communications strategy
" Brief refinement and development (for creative and research)

" General consultation
" Working with partner agencies from within the WPP group
" Team management and support of more junior team members

Person Specification

You'll come with experience ideally spent both client and agency side
" Experience or familiarity with healthcare would be beneficial
" Senior experience in more than 1 service area of the business (i.e. PR, Med Ed, Branding, Digital, Advertising, Market Access) and/or working in more than 1 world region
" Experience in leading/directing multi-discipline/multi-geography programs & teams
" Excellent strategic thinking: critical reasoning, clarity and creativity
" Persuasive and articulate in presenting ideas/views - challenging the status quo
" Strong interpersonal skills and client relationship management expertise in 'troubleshooting'
" Effective Leadership: project teams (motivation and recognition), client personnel (setting direction, supporting optimal collaboration)
" A clear passion for healthcare and a desire to be at the forefront of healthcare communications
